Booked a week 5 star in Marmari Palace kos not cheap but the promise of 5 star all inclusive in a junior suite sea views and luxury resort goumet dinning ( these are there words not mine ) thought it would be worth the extra how wrong we were no sea view exept if you looked through the gape between the buildings in front i could see the sea but not what i would call a view had a large room but was not a suite should have had a list of extras but most were either not there or extra hotel was not 5 star a good 3 or mabey 4 the service was very poor decor ect shabby not what i expect from a 5 star goumet dinning was a buffet every meal poor quality poor choice and not always very hot you could have chips with every meal including breakfast not what i have seen in any other 5 star hotel lovely smell of sewers every day there were no pool waiters the so called all inclusive only included wine,beer, ouzo or a horrible brandy all other drinks were extra then at 11pm you had to pay for everything including tea and coffee good for them as we had no tea or coffee in our room not evev a kettle again not what you expect from an all inclusive 5 star hotel we made the best of our holiday we did try and complain in resort but were told you can see the sea and that our room was a suite we tried pointing out the desciption of a suite from there own web site but they just dissmissed us quite rudely so we thought we would wait until we got back to the uk to complain to secrete escapes which we did after about 4 weeks and several emails we got an email from secret escapes telling us that our complaint is with the holiday company and not them as they are only selling agents it was quite a condesending email i copied the next bit from there email ( Secret Escapes (ABTA L8959) is acting as an agent and has sold you this package on behalf of Broadway Travel. Your contract is now with Broadway Travel. If you have any issues now or during your stay please contact Broadway Travel directly ) i thought this was great after i payed them the money from their advert and it was their advert that was misleading but this just shows what they think of there customers i am still trying to get compansation from the travel company but after 3 emails not had a responce i will try trading standards and watchdog secrete escapes have let me down i thought they would have cared a bit more about there customers but looks like i was wrong another internet company that take your money then wash hands of any problem
