Ordered over the Internet on Sunday no problem , item to be delivered to different address , not advised of security letter that will come to the billing address after order was processed , letter was not recived on Tuesday , phone call assured me that the letter had gone out , Wednesday still no letter , further phone call , called again on Thursday ended up speaking to the manager ( John ) who understood the situations and kindly couried it , recived it on the Friday . product disappointing, fit and finish could be better, have e mailed to day, Sunday, for replacement parts to be send , ps, still no letter, Royal Mail ?
