Helpful service - Good quality product

The reason I chose Optimalprint for my self-designed Christmas cards and calendars was because their website and instructions on how to proceed were the easiest to follow of all those I looked at. Subsequently I was delighted with the speed of delivery and quality of the goods that arrived. The only thing I would criticise is that they don't make it easy to complain when something goes wrong. In one order, one item was missing, but once I had tracked down (with difficulty) how to contact Optimalprint to have this rectified, the missing item arrived double quick. I will certainly use this firm in future.
