Hermes failed to collect (after waiting in for the entire 12hour collection window!). It was Saturday ,I had to wait until Monday to speak to Interparcel customer service. Interparcel refunded, but then it was up to me to rearrange courier online...I went to the post office instead this time!
hadn't heard of this site before, but delighted that they had stock when elsewhere didn't ! good service!
