Recently bought a Daewoo american style fridge freezer form curry's on-line. Product arrived but was faulty (water dispenser pump wouldn't stop running tipping water all over the floor). Asked for exchange, and told they would replace it when in stock. Three weeks later enquired if they had any news as to when it would be exchanged (as they had taken our old fridge freezer away, and so we had no fridge). Was told that they couldn't request an exchange until the product was in stock, and even then they could not guarantee a replacement as their policy is to fulfill more recent orders first. I can understand if they have customers who have been waiting for a replacement longer than us, that they should receive priority, but they should not place new orders above those waiting for a replacement.
We have now requested a refund, and will never buy anything from Curry's again.
