Extremely good service, but you need to make sure your own proofs are perfect.

I have been using this service for business cards for staff as well as a few different formats for marketing materials.

Optimal Print came through on these. Wanting good quality, good looking business cards in glossy and high quality paper worked well. Delivery services, billing, etc all worked easily and simply. The high quality paper marketing documents turned out brilliantly.

One problem I experienced though was if I made a typo in the draft, there is no proofing. When you check your own text for typos you are less likely to see it and with online service like Optimal Print there is nobody to check the proof. If you can get a second set of eyes on your own proof, then this online service is flawless.
