unreliable and unresponsive

Like many other complainants on your site,I have not received any response to e-mails,regestered letter and been fobbed off by their admin during 7 phone calls regarding being unable to make arragement for a time and place of pick-up in Lagos on 13 oct.due to all their phone lines being blocked or engaged.They have not returned my return fare or reimbursed me for the taxi fare of 87.50 Euro.I have used Resorthoppa before but never again-there are other operators.
