I purchased a Milano shower cubicle and tray from this company in November 2012 - invoice reference 8448 whereupon the goods were delivered damaged and in damaged packaging.
The MD has shown a blatant disregard of my complaint for goods being delivered damaged from Aquabliss. He preferred to imply that the goods had been damaged after delivery, despite us advising of the problem within hours of the delivery and upon unpacking the goods. He never returned our calls and blanked any form of communication.
We were awarded a full refund of the cost of the goods, plus costs in a Judgment at Stockport County Court on 10th June 2013, based purely on the information and photographs. The Judge was satisfied that the goods were not of saleable quality when dispatched from Aquabliss. To date Aquabliss have not refunded the amount due nor collected the damaged goods
I accept some customers may be happy - but I certainly am not and Aquabliss continue to remove my reviews daily as they only like favourable ones - I will pursue this until I get the money the Judge awarded me
