Service as it should be!

Prior to placing an order I emailed Customer Services to check my understanding of what I required. The rapid and clear response saved me some money as my understanding was slightly awry and I could acheive what I wanted via a cheaper option. Placed the order with next day delivery and sure enought the following day the kit I had ordered arrived, Plugged it in and it worked exactly as described.

I will have no hesitation in returning to Faculty-X if I have any further needs.
