Good fast service but product does not fit or do a proper job that it is meant to do
Very good fast service good communication also sent a replacement but I don't feel the wiper has been properly tested on the type of vehicle it is being sold for.
The product has an excellent write up and I was happy to spent the little extra to purchase it but is definitely not able to do its job satisfactorily.

Thanks for taking time to review us on trust pilot. Sorry to see you were not happy with the wiper blade from our records it looks like this was regarding a rear wiper blade for a Freelander. I see you got in touch with us and we sent you another blade to try but we didn't hear back from you if this was any better.
We are here Mon-Fri 0830hrs to 1730hrs to help and happy to arrange replacements /refunds if you are not happy with products just get in touch. You will see from our other reviews we get it very right nearly all the time and if we don't we make sure we put it right as quickly and efficiently as possible.
