I found the telephone service appalling, rude, sneering,telling me that I could not cancel the order I had 10 minutes before posted via Internet page , because the item had already been dispatched. - Obviously this was not correct. In fact it did not arrive until 10 days or more later. I had read so many negative reviews on this Company, unfortunately after I had place the online order. It was the worst experience, waiting in
trepidation for the item as I became aware that to get my money back would be a nightmare, they rely on people giving up,their returns policy is riddled with get out clauses. I cannot understand Trustpilot people giving the amount of good review it does. Makes me worry about trusting Trust Pilot!!
My experience with the staff at Kens Yard was very good - assistance in placing the order was second to none. Caroline and Kalie were particularly helpful when I had many fears about delivery company (the one used for my delivery had very bad reviews). The terms and conditions could have limited my experience if the items had been damaged and needed returning. In the event, all was well. Items delivered in timescale given. Items were well packed and in good condition. I will not hesitate to use Kens Yard again - with the caveat, that I would avoid the particular courier if possible.
