Ordered package from SCAN. Delivery date confirmed as the 26th. Message from DPD that it would be delivered between 1 and 2. No delivery by 4 unable to get through to talk to someone as just taken around in circles by an automated system. Phoned SCAN and they told me that the driver might be able to deliver by 6 but likely to be tomorrow. Why bother giving a time by text when they can't do it. It adds insult to a poor service. I have wasted a day being off work and time trying to contact this company, with no response.
To add insult to injury this message has solicited response that the driver could not find my address when they told SCAN that their driver had had an accident!!!!
Phoned on the evening of the 26th to say that parcel would be delivered between 8 and 12 on the 27th Surprise it is 1-30 and nothing has turned up again.
