good holiday not so good transfer's

travel republic are easy to book with, and have been with them a couple of times. This time flights and hotels was great, flight's on time and food in the hotel great, not so much the transfer's going back to the airport after our holiday we were told to be out side the hotel at 09.45 for our pick up, but at 10.45 the coach still hadn't arrived i rang travel republic who said they would ring me back in 20 minutes once they had sorted it out. Our flight was at 13.15 and it takes 45 minutes to an hour to the airport so at 11.30 after trying to ring them back quite a few times we got a taxi (which cost 87 euro's) we just got there in time, we were striaght through passport control and onto the plane. Not a pleasent experience and wouldn't want that again!!!!!
