My parcel has not yet been delivered tho i paid more money for express delivery and it should have been delivered 5 days ago. they sent me an e-mail about ''incomplete adress'' which was a TOTAL LIE as i had given them all my adress details and a phone number to contact me and e-mail etc.. i sent them many e-mails and completed many ''contact forms'' . they only answer i got was the typical ''we will look into it'' and they never bothered to tell me what is wrong with my parcel or specify what kind of info they were missing. when i put my parcel number in their website all my details would come up, so they we OBIOUSLY lieing about not having my details.
i still haven't received my parcel , they promised it would be delivered tomorrow (yea i managed to reach the live chat after many days that it was offline).
This company is irresponsile and there is no easy way to contact them. If something is wrong you have to do a research as if you are a freakin detective cause they will not bother to contact you though it is their fault.
I will never order anything from SportsDirect or any other company that cooperates with yodel.
