I've taken the afternoon off work to wait in for my delivering having been sent a text this morning estimating arrival between 14.44 and 15.44. I was very impressed by this however you never turned up!
After tracking my parcel online you have stated you could not locate my address, this is an impossibility, I'm in a city opposite a busy 6th form college, it is not difficult to find with or without a satnav. (Just incase you were wondering the address I had given was correct) Also, you have my mobile phone number, why doesn't your driver (Mark), if he is lost ring me?
I rang your helpline and it went through keypad number this and that only to reach an automated voice stating that if there was a problem with the delivery contact the business who sent it. Talk about passing the buck! It would be great if I could have a number to get me through to a person and talk about it here and now.
I rang the company who I have ordered my parcel from (who's service has been impeccable might I add) and they are contacting you. I am throughly unimpressed by your service and hope you sort it out.
The only good fortune out of this is that it looks like I'm not the only one who has been messed around by your delivery service today. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous!
