Excellent customer sevice

The Supertrash top I wanted wasn't available online so I rang Base Fashion and their customer service advisor informed me they had one in one of their stores and would ring them to check if it was still available and would get back to me. He got back to me within 15 minutes and provided me with all the despatch and payment information. Also, as I didn't have an account with them, he sent me an email confirming my order.

I received excellent customer service from them and will be making more purchases from them in the future.
