I printed off their contact details from their website on Sunday and rang them on Monday morning, having already tried to find the item in stock either locally or online. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and speaking to Jamie was a pleassure in itself. The conversation was uncomplicated and he proved to be extremely reliable by ringing me back to say they had one in stock, just minutes after the manufacturer's UK office had told me that there were none in the country! It arrived via DPD the following morning and works perfectly.
