, Ordered suite on the saturday by phone , received e-mail on monday to say it had been despatched , had a phone call on tuesday to see if i could take delivery on wednesday , wow i thought this is good :) then i received a phone call on wednesday to see if i could take delivery on thursday, hang on i said had a phone call yesterday to deliver today, not us he said we have only just received it in the depot ? so arranged delivery for thursday , Wednesday lunch time big delivery lorry turns up , yes he has a delivery and it was the settee, but no chairs :( quick phone call to the company who advise me all is well and the chairs would come the next day they had been sent from a different warehouse , spent a night of worrying about whether all would match , the chairs turned up the next day all was well it all matched and is a very nice suite , the only drawback i can see is the delivery part of the service i spent 2/3 days worrying about where it was and would i get it and also getting it into the house with kerbside delivery managed it in the end , and am very pleased with my suite .
