Not delivered on time - wasted a day waiting for dpd

After googling what's the latest that DPD will deliver a parcel - I found this site and realised that it's not going to happen today (and I've had no contact from DPD), as I've been waiting all day for my supposed delivery of two parcels via amazon.

And after seeing these reviews - I'll be contacting amazon as I'm appalled that they would use such an unreputable shipper.

I'm sorry that you feel this way.

We don't appear to have any parcel tracking history on our systems for your parcels, which would indicate that we are yet to receive them.

In such circumstances, I recommend that you contact the sender to find out when the parcels will be despatched.
