I struggle to find signal which is ever good enough to have a quality phone conversation or quick internet. I live in central London and have no signal in my house. The customer support is appalling (this is when you can hear what is being said over a poor quality line) with no helpful advice ever being given or your issues listened to. Call centre support workers are positively rude and accusatory; when I called I was treated like an idiot for 25 long minutes which left me absolutely fuming. I will not be renewing my contract when it comes up for renewal - an awful company to be contractually tied to...I strongly recommend against them.
