Utterly ridiculous.

I ordered a parcel from River Island, after a week of not having received my supposedly dispatched parcel tried tracking its delivery where I found out it had been returned to River Island, however I was not notified or aware of this and would have remained so had it not been for me checking it. I have been given no explanation for why parcel was not delivered to me and why it was returned and am throughout disappointed and annoyed.
