Extortionate P&P and poor communication

I purchased an item on 10th November delivery within 14 days, even though they were charging extortionate £6.99 for a small item you would think it would be sent first class recorded. However since then nothing, obviously the two weeks has past and I have sent two emails and I am still none the wiser. In times of recession people can't afford to have their money taken from them especially when the voucher was a gift for a date which has now passed.

Not acceptable and not worth the risk. I don't see how hard it is to reply to an email surely the profit from p&p is enough to pay for a customer services team. I originally thought this was a good site but that's when you redeem from 3rd party suppliers. When you redeem direct from Wowcher you've basically lost your money!
