Good, eventually

I applied twice on line with problems/errors both times so my husband filled it in the third time and all went well. Received agreement in post with completely wrong details and mobile number on so O2 sorted it out on the phone for me, especially as I couldn't get through and was kept waiting for ages before I gave up & put phone down not very good service phones4u, you need to improve the time it takes to answer, very infuriating.
