Exellent customer service and rapid delivery - really very impressed!

Having been unable to find the bulb i was looking for locally i turned to the internet. I did have a problem ordering from the site - it was unclear as to whether may payment had processed and i ended up paying 3 times. Within hours a customer service rep contacted me to query the the triplicate order. I was able to quickly request the cancellation of 2 unwanted orders by email. This was done quickly and my bulb arrived the next day! Really very impressed with the customer service - so prompt, effective, proactive and helpful - very rare these days!!!
