Pingo Phone Cards

Over five E-mails!

I have E-mailed this company everyday this week and have E-mailed every department i could find contact info. for. I called Ibasis and apparently they don't work in their office because every extension I tried went straight to voicemail. I "opened" my account on Sunday they said i would be able to make calls on Monday. I responded to the verification E-mail and everything. Monday came and went with no service so I sent a couple of E-mails. After the second E-mail my account was disabled! I Have sent 5 E-mails and called multiple times as of right now the only response i have gotten was to refer my complaint to another department. This is such a pain. The biggest problem I have is that my fiancee is in Peru and I spent all my money for this weeks call with Pingo. So now i haven't been able to talk to her all week. The worst part of all is i can look and see where I've been charged on my bank statement. They say it's fraud prevention but it seems like I was the one who was defrauded. All I want is to receive the service I have paid for is that too much to ask? What's the problem with this company it's like they don't really exist!

Johnathan Smith,

We are sorry to hear about your frustration and wanted to personally address your concerns.

The corporate office for iBasis in Burlington, MA does not handle customer support. You need to call 1-800-Yo-Pingo from 10am to 12pm EST. Since we can’t access your account with the information provided on TrustPilot, you can reach out to the account verification team at pingoaccountverification /at/ the domain dot com to address your concerns.
