Thought I'd ordered a black Wicked for my grandson's jumper but when it arrived I thought no It's not black with flecks it's blue with flecks not what he wants!! Emailed customer service and they rang back but I was out. They rang again but I was also out so I rang them and eventually got to speak to the lady that first rang me. Explained that I thought I'd order black but blue arrived so ordered the black and said I couldn't decide whether to send the wrong wool back or keep it. Correct colour came next day and pleased to say it was what I'd wanted. Decided to keep the other colour as I can make another jumper with it. Customer service is absolutely brilliant and the service you get is second to none. I think a lot of other companies should take a leaf out of Deramores book it might help them to improve.
