I bought a driving lessons voucher from Mighty deals. Driving lessons are not available in my area despite their description. No apology, no refund. Customer services are not responding. Tickets for my inquiries are erased from my account. The voucher for driving lessons is also erased although expiry date is 18.01.14. What can I do?


so disappointing

I am so disappointed that I want to cry and cry. Pictures disappear from the shopping basket without any warning, you can't edit pictures after you put them in the cart. I can't figure out how to avoid pictures being cropped. Customer services do not respond to my numerous e-mails. I would not have proceeded with it but I bought Groupons. After 4 failed attempts to upload photos (as they dissappear whenever you want to change the cart or for unknown reason ( I assume, website's sensitivity) I finally managed to upload photos but while I was changing the quantity of photos they suddenly were placed in the cart, which means that I could not change them. I ended up with 485 photos instead of 500, already paid for by Groupon. I just could not face uploading photos for the sixth time, each time takes a few hours! I cannot stress enough how frustrated I am!

poor customer service, cheap product

I bought a solar light security light from this company. Icame with fully charged battery and strong light, so I assumed that it worked fine and did not return it. When the battery was off it stopped working and never worked from solar light as it was promised. I contacted the company many times but did not get any refund, replaced item, guarantee, information about the manufacturer, nothing. They did not reply to most of my e-mails. Solar light came with a stange battery which I cannot find anywhere as it is bigger then usual AA battery and unbranded. Completely waste of money, extremely disappointing


waste of money- faulty product with inflated price

I bought security light using wowcher which was faulty, never managed to get refund or exchange. The light came with fully charged battery so I could not tell if it worked or not.When I found out that it did not work - no refund, no exchange, The light came with initial price of £49 but it was cheap! It is really like a scam. It took me 3 weeks to get negative reply from customer services after many e-mails from me. Extremely unhappy about this company, I would never recomment it.
