I had ordered a package from the UK on November 5th. My arrival date was supposed to be November 12. It is now November 26 and I STILL do not have my package. I tried contacting DPD through their website. I left them a message through their help page two days ago. However, I have yet to get a response from anyone at DPD.
Upon further inspection of what might have gone wrong, I noticed that someone at DPD miss-typed my zip code. The fifth number at the end had been left off. I tried telling them that in the message I had sent to customer service. I'm assuming that is the reason why my package has not arrived.
I'm not only irate that I have been waiting so long to get this package, but I'm irritated that I trusted this company. I spent so much extra on shipping because of "heavy" charges. And on top of that, I need to have this package in by mid-December!
This kind of service is completely disgusting and appalling. I'm extremely upset and dumbfounded that any company could treat their customers this way.
