I arrived early for my car and got a surprise upgrade for an SUV. Truly great reward.

We arrived earlier than expected to pick up our car, to my surprise I got a free upgrade for a much larger SUV, we had lots of luggage that fit perfectly in the back. We had the car for 3 days, no problem at all except the radio didn;t work at all for our entire trip, later I was told that it needed to be reprogramed. We drove the scenic routes throughout Tuscany from Rome and had a great time entertaining ourselves on the road. A little vino here and a slice of pizza there, we passed the time with laughter and joy.
