I placed an order and expected delivery within a few days as per their website. I did receive tracking information which was for a different person at a different address in a different country. So yes my order was signed for but not by me. I confirmed with UPS the error and they gave me the name and address of the person who had taken delivery of my order. UPS were as helpful as they could be but I had to go back to oneclick for a resolution. Despite a dozen emails, a multitude of unanswered calls (still never had one call actually answered and even their order line was ignored for over an hour), a 12 page fax with proof of their delivery error and a letter sent through the post stating my case I had very little joy. I had various replies to my emails confirming my order had been delivered correctly (how can delivering it to England as opposed to Scotland be delivering it correctly). I was in effect accused of being a little stupid for not understanding them, it was suggested to me I had more than 1 order with them (surely I know it's one order that they can't get right).
I finally received an email from someone confirming it was their mistake and I did get my order (over 4 weeks after placing it) with granted an apology of sorts. On receipt of my order (which was the one that had been delivered incorrectly as it still had the other delivery details on it) I emailed him back to ask for a full explanation as to how this could have happened in the first place and what reassurance could they give me that it would not happen again if I were to place any further orders. Needless to say I have heard nothing since so will put no further business their way and would advise everyone to stay well clear of this company. At least I got my order eventually but many others never seem to and how could you get any returns back to them if there was a faulty item etc etc.
