very bad service!!

i really liked the sample pack that they sent and it was delivered the very next day. unfortunately my order did not meet my expectations. although it says on the website that my order will be sent the very next day, i received it more than a week later after repeated phone calls and false promises that my order will reach me 'today'-- seems like today never came. they even promised to send me a discount voucher for delaying the order, but I haven't received it yet. when my order arrived, i was disappointed at the quality of the print. most of my leaflets had dog ears as they were not properly packed.

As discussed, unfortunately your order had been held up with our external Courier Service UPS. Your order had been sent out with adequate time for next day delivery from our end. We have provided you with a discount, this has been placed on your Solopress account to use towards future orders. To redeem this you would need to speak with your Account Manager Steve Jennings, he will be more than happy to assist you with this.

We would need to investigated further into the leaflets arriving with defects, please could you send a photograph to my email address below.
