I run a small online business and have been using Parcel2Go for about 6 months now and during this time I have sent over 1000 parcels with them so far, and during this time not a single item has gone missing or failed to arrive at it's destination. If on the very rare occasion there is a problem with delivery their live online chat service has been excellent and problems resolved pretty much instantly, only today (31/10/13) a customer enquired about their delivery and the lovely Andrea at Parcel2Go instantly let me know the time, date, address and even the name of the neighbour it had been left with because the customer was out when it was delivered.
To sum up I'm so glad the greedy fat cats at Royal Mail put their prices up forcing me to shop around and finding these guys because I've saved so much time and money!
I have been a loyal customer for over two years now and I have always found these guys to be extremely helpful and they always deliver on time.
