Two parcels in two weeks with wrong tracking information. Both stating 'Delivery attempted, card left with customer with carrier contact detail'. The problem with that is I live in a block of apartments with security controlled main gate and door entrance. Security have confirmed that no attempt at delivery has been made.
I could understand if a driver ran out of time for delivering parcels, they should just make them a priority for the following day and not try to blame it on the customer.
I will have to start asking suppliers who their carries are before placing orders; if they use Yodel, they will lose my business.
