I ordered a new phone from Carphone Warehouse to be delivered to my work address a week ago. They made one failed delivery attempt (they didn't even bother to show up) so I had no means to contact them since they never left a "sorry we missed you" card. I rescheduled the delivery and then noticed that they'd changed the delivery address to one that does not even exist! Given that I had no means to contact them by phone, I tried using their online service. I was told that I had to contact the seller as they were incapable of updating the information on what they'd incorrectly updated as the delivery address (the non-existent address) with the one on their backing system (my correct address). Their website was then updated moments later stating that they had returned my item to the sender. I now have to wait a further week (on my next-day delivery) to be able to pick the phone up from a store and avoid Yodel althogether. Avoid at all costs!
