I ordered from Exceptional AV using their website as there were good reviews on Trustpilot and WhatHiFi. Within a couple of days I received an email to update me that the item I purchased was out of stock, and when I called them I was offered an alternative item of higher value as the one I had ordered would not be available for some time. The alternative was also out of stock, but would be with delivered in the next couple of weeks, and with free next day delivery.
Overall, I am very pleased with the item I have received as it was a considerable saving and it arrived in less that two weeks from the order date.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars are some things that could be improved as follows: the website is out of date as does not tell you if an item is out of stock, resulting in the payment being taken, which you will not get back for a few days if you do not want an alternative item (also there is a competition on the website which closed a couple of years ago); more updates of what is happening with the order would be good as I had to call them a couple of times, as it would be nice to know when the item was dispatched to make sure you are at home. A couple of minor things for consideration.
Do not hesitate to order from Exceptional AV as overall I am very pleased with the product I received which is excellent value for money.
