Poor communication, low response, dissatisfied... Disappointed...

I have placed an order with valuebasket on 18th of November 2012 for a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, at the beginning it worked well, in the 2 days that followed they sent me a request for proof of address, or identity. I immediately sent them the requested documents and even more to make sure that it will pass. I received a very quick response that my command has passed the verification process and that i will receive the follow up number in no time and that was on the 20th of November from Agatha Stevens. I sent a direct e-mail back on the 23 to know where are we in the process... OBVIOUSLY - NO REPLY, tried as everyone else the number for France, NO REPLY (you can get older in waiting - no intent of answering). The order is being made ready (it is what it is said on the order page) - it can obviously continue for years....
I have created another question on their site yesterday (26th, ) still no reply.
The delays of 3-5 days processing, and 7-10 days delivery - NOT RESPECTED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I start thinking that it might be a dishonest site...

One thing is for sure, no respect for their customers....
