The internet ordering was simple. I phoned with a query - very helpful staff. But UPS were making the collection for Interparcel and they let the side down. It was a very heavy parcel. They knew that. I rang to be sure the driver would have a trolley - oh yes, he will, they said. No, he didn't. A teenage boy had to get the 40kg parcel of laminate to the van for the driver. Poor show.
Delivery took 4 days not 1 day. We have a locked security gate so I rang to tell them the procedure to get in - didn't work. No communication. I sat in waiting for 2 days.
When the parcel finally arrived, it was battered and damaged, covered in mud like it had been dropped out of the van - which it probably had if they didn't have a trolley.
So Interparcel have a good website and phone staff, but their subcontractor, UPS for me, failed miserably.
I'd use Interparcel again, but not if UPS is the carrier.
