MY REVIEW BELOW SHOULD BE IGNORED AS TURNED OUT TO BE NOT THE FAULT OF DPD, BUT THE SENDER OF THE PARCEL.
Absolute rubbish service. I was given a one hour slot this morning (2.07-3.07), nothing has arrived so I tracked my order online and apparently DPD were unable to deliver at 12.36 ?? I've been in all day waiting for this delivery and had to arrange for someone else to collect my children from school and not only have they failed to show up all day, apparently they tried 2 hours earlier than they said they would. And to confirm, there has been no attempted delivery all day, I have been sat by my front window since 9am this morning.
I wouldn't even be aware that there was a problem if I hadn't tracked the parcel online, I've had no further texts or card through the door.
I have paid for a premium service and have recieved no service .
