Tried to order a CD Key for convenience.

they asked for ID i would never give over the internet to a non professional looking website. Scans of Driving Licenses, Passports, Utility bills etc.

After contacting them and explaining i wasnt sending this information I asked for a refund they said that there was a charge of a £1 which im pretty sure isnt legal. since all you have to do is click a button refund through paypal.

In the end without the ID they asked for they still sent the CD Key which i dont know if to be happy or worried about.

Please do not send this information over the internet to anybody you don't trust.

Also after reading it apepars your not covered by paypal protection on digital downloads to be careful on that front too.

Basically i won't be using them again for the reasons above.

As i said they did eventually provide the CD Key.

You know what , I understand when you live in a far out place your parcel collections might be late, or might not happen at all.

But

Why do couriers have to lie about it. Just say your drivers couldnt be bother, got stuck in traffic or admit you screwed something up.

DONT PUT CRAP ABOUT PLACES BEING CLOSED WHEN THEY WERE NOT.

BE HONEST and you customers will respect that. They might not be happy but sometimes

Incompetent company taking orders for other incompetent companies. Not a good mix.

I booked 2 parcel collections over the weekend for monday collection.

Monday came and no collections, One was rebooked for tuesday one wasnt, When i specifically asked them to rebook both that were due for collection on monday.

Tuesday came and no collections, when i asked them why only one was down for collection in the 1st place they told me only 1 was booked and then dragged this whole thing out for yet another day) even though city link were due to collect already that day they couldnt organise for them 2 collect 2 parcels and more important couldnt be bothered to try.

Rebooked for wednesday!!!

I think your beginning to see the pattern.

This is now the fourth collection (out of 6 in total) which has been botched up by these clowns. With 4 Different courier companies.

They used to be such a good company.
