Ashley in customer services on chat online was absolutely brilliant.

i arranged for a parcel to be picked up and delivered to me. I went through parcel 2 go. I thought i hadnt put on pickup and delivery phone numbers in case they needed them or the courier. went online and spoke to a chat advisor. He was called Ashley. He was so nice and so so helpful. He was a credit to parcel2go. Why cant all customer services people be like him? He was a real gem and surely now i know its such a pleasant service because of Ashley i will recommend to all and will use myself again.thanks ashley
