i have had previous problems with yodel but didn't think about this when placing the order. They never showed on the date of collection, despite two people being in all day, but claimed that no one was there when they called to collect. It was awkward as there was someone staying in specifically for the collection of my work to be facilitated and they had to do so for two days.out of good will.
Frustrated by this, I cancelled with them and rebooked with an alternative courier, who showed up and delivered as scheduled.
