Rubbish, took 3 weeks to deliver
Ordered a Baxi Brazillia wall heater online, delivery expected in 3-5 days, had a call saying would be a further week but only if I paid a further £15 + vat.
I would definately never use plumbtraders again.
The only positive thing I can say is they kept me informed about the extra money they wanted and ALL the delays in delivery.

I was disappointed to read your review and I have spoken to my sales staff to find out why you were asked for a further payment as this is outside our standard policies.
I am informed that this item has been in short supply for some time now from the manufacturer who are looking to levy further charges to ensure a more speedy delivery which is clearly unacceptable.
We have now changed the product details on the PlumbTraders website to illustrate more clearly the extended lead times and I would like to apologise to you in this instance.
I will also call you directly to discuss personally.
