Super Speedy delivery. Excellent Friendly Customer Service and After Sales Service 2nd to None!!
Good website, easy to use and search. Order delivered super fast,. There was a problem with damaged packaging on one item. Not Pet Supermarkets fault but they took ownership. Pet Supermarket didn't quibble and agreed to replace the goods, no issues. Pet Supermarket do value good customer feedback and were very professional, sympathetic and above all willing to please the customer. To me this is invaluable for on-line shopping. Will use again as service is great and from my searching around they were the best value on the web. Many Thanks to Chloe and Dannie for their customer service and after sales super care, appreciated.
