I ordered the guitar online. It was well priced and easy to choose what I wanted.
I selected Saturday delivery and all went through fine.
However, the guitar was never delivered! After one call to their customer services, I was left in the capable hands of some very helpful staff.
They concluded that indeed, the guitar had gone missing, And in exchange for having wasted a day waiting for it, they have refunded the delivery charge and given a free pack of strings too.
Although it was disappointing not to have it when specified, they more than made up for it with good service and quickly solving the problem!
