Appalling service use this company at your peril

Still waiting for a delivery that was ordered on the 15th supposed to arrive no later than the 23rd November - showing as dispatched on the 19th November on the website.
It is now 8pm on the 27th , i have called on the 24th and the 26th and was told a manager will call me back - which hasn't happened.
I have paid over £200 and received no goods.
Use this company at your peril.
