received telephone call advising me my full order was not in stock, and was given chance to refund full order.

First class service, this company sets the benchmark for how it should be done.
Good product at a good price, easy to use website. This company even refunded posting for one order ( i forgot an item and had to do another transaction on the same day therefor incurring two delivery charges) without me requesting it. A reminder of how things could be done if everyone put in this kind of effort and attention to detail in the workplace. Thank you.
