Very good service from start to finish, only wish I had noticed the marks earlier!!

The service from Loaf online and immediately after I placed my order was excellent. Also the information received with regard to the delivery and time of delivery was excellent. The bed arrived and was put together by 2 very helpful and efficient men. The man who asked me to fill in the satisfaction report was very friendly and chatty and stood talking to me as I filled in the form. it was only after he left that I noticed he had been stood in front of a big black mark on the upholstery of the bed. I have not complained (until now I suppose) as I am hoping it will come out with a bit of Vanish and other than the man the service was first class!
