POOR CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE

I've placed several orders with Achica, which have all been delivered promptly and I have been pleased with the products. However my last order was placed 10.10.12, paid as soon as ordered and to date I am still waiting on one item. I have sent several emails and used the online contact us form on the Achica website however I have not had one acknowledgment or reply! This is very poor service and has totally changed my opinion on the company - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
