I had a bad experience with this company. I found that they took the payment and then placed the order in refunds. I emailed to ask about it and received a one sentence reply. It took 15 days and a few emails to get the money refunded back on to my credit card.
Since writing the initial review, I have been contacted by a representative of memorybits and they have explained what happened in detail. Which, if this had happened in the first instance then I wouldn't have written this review. Hopefully, the problem I had with this company will not happen to others and their replies to customers will be more detailed and helpful, whilst explaining the actual problem.
