Excellent service, from genuinely helpful people.

The service at this gem of a shop is exceptional, from staff that know their job, and are happy to pass on their knowledge, explain things, offer help, and spend a little time making you feel as if you matter.
(I have a very low tolerance level for poor customer service, and this shop is one of very few places in town that I actually enjoy visiting.)
The range of instruments and accessories is vast, and if you can't find what you need here, then they'll either get it for you, or it doesn't exist.....
